Neutrosophic soft set is a parametric set of uncertainty, whereas the neutrosophic soft point is an exceptional type of it which used highly to explore the separation axioms. In this study, the impression of neutrosophic soft topological space is stretched to a new topology which contains neutrosophic soft points as its elements and named as neutro-spot topological space. One more topology is defined on the complement of neutrosophic soft points which satisfies the condition of supra topological space and named as neutro-supra spot topological space. Also, defined the notion of interior and closure, and are approached in a different way, along with the concept of subspace topology of such topological spaces. Some related properties have been proved and disproved with counterexamples. Moreover, the approach to separation axioms in such spaces has been presented with descriptive examples. The current epidemic situation discussed as a real life application in decision making problem to detect the major impact of COVID-19 and recover them quickly. The affected people investigated by the doctors according to their symptoms and other medical issues. The process of solving specified in the algorithm and the estimation formula stated for calculation. The appropriate treatment is provided for affected people as per the estimated value.

The most widely used technique for solving and optimizing a real-life problem is linear programming (LP), due to its simplicity and efficiency. However, in order to handle the impreciseness in the data, the neutrosophic set theory plays a vital role which makes a simulation of the decision-making process of humans by considering all aspects of decision (i.e., agree, not sure and disagree). By keeping the advantages of it, in the present work, we have introduced the neutrosophic LP models where their parameters are represented with a trapezoidal neutrosophic numbers and presented a technique for solving them. The presented approach has been illustrated with some numerical examples and shows their superiority with the state of the art by comparison. Finally, we conclude that proposed approach is simpler, efficient and capable of solving the LP models as compared to other methods.

Employing the concept and function of tangency with similarity measures and counterpart distances for reliable medical consultations has been extensively studied in the past decades and results in lots of isomorphic measures for application. We compared the majority of such isomorphic measures proposed by various researchers and classified them into (a) maximum norm and (b) one-norm categories. Moreover, we found that previous researchers used monotonic functions to transform an identity function and resulted in complicated expressions. In this study, we provide a theoretical foundation to explain the isomorphic nature of a newer measure proposed by the following research paper against its studied existing one in deriving the same pattern recognition results. Specifically, this study initially proposes two similarity measures using maximum norm, arithmetic mean, and aggregation operators and followed by a detailed discussion on their mathematical characteristics. Subsequently, a simplified version of such measures is presented for easy application. This study completely covers two previous methods to point out that the complex approaches used were unnecessary. The findings will help physicians, patients, and their family members to obtain a proper medical diagnosis during multiple examinations.

We have exhibited a novel method for finding the neutrosophic shortest path problem (NSSPP) considering Gaussian valued Neutrosophic number. We have used linear programming approach for finding the NSS- PP for Gaussian valued Neutrosophic number which is as per best of our information, hasn’t been used till date for any other research work. In this article, we have introduced a novel method which deals Gaussian shaped neutrosophic problem easily without using any ranking method. We have used this method to solve uncertain network problems to find the shortest path which can help in taking crucial uncertain decisions. Finally, some numerical considerations are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed model.

In this paper, we first propose the concept of divergence measure on neutrosophic sets. We also provide some formulas for the divergence measure for neutrosophic sets.
