But, 6 Edw. III. sir Robert Maveson and dame Margaret, sa feme, sir Henry Freford's daughter, granted three places of land, lying environed in Kilby Hall, in Blythbury, cum Sewall Hall, and all meadows and pastures which lately were Nicholas Hill's, to William, the son of Robert Hull9; so that, it should seem, Mavesine was still lord of it, notwithstanding the former deed made by Bocland. Blyth taketh its beginning at Wetley Moor, betwixt Dulverne and 'Weston subtus Caversmounte: which 1 At Blythbury was a priory founded by Hugh Mavesine, about the close of Hen.
