As Brett himself says: "We have decided to terminate your employment." It's not a great start to the day, and it's one that I've got in common with many Australians. And for me, like anyone else, it was a shock, it was depressing, and it made me question just what the hell I was doing.It was not until later, after months of to-ing and fro-ing, when one contributor finally agreed to an interview, that I understood what it was I had been getting so wrong. The process of getting the interview - and others on Collective Wisdom - revealed some important things that I'd overlooked in my life so far, things that were so important they have changed my life direction.
