It is impossible for such a work, however small, to be free from errors; owing chiefl y to the changes by removal, that are constantly occurring. Physicians are requested, therefore, to notify the publisher of any omissions or other errors ih' the directory, and of all changes by removal, death or addition to our number, as they occur. The counties are arranged alphabetically. The name of the physician by whom Homoeopathy was introduced into each county, with the date, is given so far as known.
