"Having done radio shows for over thirty years, it is my job to know what goes on around me. When I heard that one of the 'big' stations from St. Louis was coming to Wright City in 1992, I couldn't help but be curious. I showed up and my life changed forever. Up to this point I never considered whether Elvis was alive or dead. Bill Beeny convinced me that Elvis Presley was very much alive. I took an instant liking to Beeny. He didn't rant or rave. He just made his points by presenting his evidence with respectful conviction. Now I know that Elvis faked his death and that he is still alive. After reading this book, you will draw the same conclusions." - Buffalo Jody.

THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER Elvis Presley’s fiancée and last love tells her story and sets the record straight in this deeply personal memoir that reveals what really happened in the final years of the King of Rock n' Roll. Elvis Presley and Graceland were fixtures in Ginger Alden’s life; after all, she was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. But she had no idea that she would play a part in that enduring legacy. For more than three decades Ginger has held the truth of their relationship close to her heart. Now she shares her unique story… In her own words, Ginger details their whirlwind romance—from first kiss to his stunning proposal of marriage. And for the very first time, she talks about the devastating end of it all and the fifty thousand mourners and reporters who descended on Graceland in 1977, exposing Ginger to the reality of living in the spotlight of a short yet immortal life. Above it all, Ginger rescues Elvis from the hearsay, rumors, and tabloid speculations of his final year by shedding a frank yet personal light on a very public legend. From a unique and intimate perspective, she reveals the man—complicated, romantic, fallible, and human—behind the myth, a superstar worshipped by millions and loved by Ginger Alden. INCLUDES PHOTOS

What if digital communication felt as real as being touched? This question led Michael Chorost to explore profound new ideas triggered by lab research around the world, and the result is the book you now hold. Marvelous and momentous, World Wide Mind takes mind-to-mind communication out of the realm of science fiction and reveals how we are on the verge of a radical new understanding of human interaction. Chorost himself has computers in his head that enable him to hear: two cochlear implants. Drawing on that experience, he proposes that our Paleolithic bodies and our Pentium chips could be physically merged, and he explores the technologies that could do it. He visits engineers building wearable computers that allow people to be online every waking moment, and scientists working on implanted chips that would let paralysis victims communicate. Entirely new neural interfaces are being developed that let computers read and alter neural activity in unprecedented detail. But we all know how addictive the Internet is. Chorost explains the addiction: he details the biochemistry of what makes you hunger to touch your iPhone and check your email. He proposes how we could design a mind-to-mind technology that would let us reconnect with our bodies and enhance our relationships. With such technologies, we could achieve a collective consciousness—a World Wide Mind. And it would be humankind’s next evolutionary step. With daring and sensitivity, Chorost writes about how he learned how to enhance his own relationships by attending workshops teaching the power of touch. He learned how to bring technology and communication together to find true love, and his story shows how we can master technology to make ourselves more human rather than less. World Wide Mind offers a new understanding of how we communicate, what we need to connect fully with one another, and how our addiction to email and texting can be countered with technologies that put us—literally—in each other’s minds.

"In the early 1990s, a small group of "AIDS denialists," including a University of California professor named Peter Duesberg, argued against virtually the entire medical establishment's consensus that the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) was the cause of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. Science thrives on such counterintuitive challenges, but there was no evidence for Duesberg's beliefs, which turned out to be baseless. Once researchers found HIV, doctors and public health officials were able to save countless lives through measures aimed at preventing its transmission"--

In 2009, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band performed at the Super Bowl's half-time show. The experience was so exhilarating that Bruce decided to write about it. That's how this extraordinary autobiography began. Over the past seven years, Bruce Springsteen has privately devoted himself to writing the story of his life, bringing to these pages the same honesty, humour, and originality found in his songs. He describes growing up Catholic in Freehold, New Jersey, amid the poetry, danger, and darkness that fueled his imagination, leading up to the moment he refers to as "The Big Bang": seeing Elvis Presley's debut on The Ed Sullivan Show. He vividly recounts his relentless drive to become a musician, his early days as a bar band king in Asbury Park, and the rise of the E Street Band. With disarming candour, he also tells for the first time the story of the personal struggles that inspired his best work, and shows us why the song "Born to Run" reveals more than we previously realized.

Whoever you are whatever your age the rest of your life begins right now. What you do with it is up to you, but after reading this book, I would hope that you would have a better understanding of Elvis and a happy joyous life! Many times in life, we do not accept what has been said, because it is something, we do not want to hear, for it may go against the norm. However, with Elvis it is truly in the eyes of the beholder for without him coming out of hiding we may never see the physical truth, especially if he had no proper DNA samples taken during his life up until August 1977 that would hold up in court proving his identity. It has been said that there is DNA held by Lisa Marie, but only she would really know. There is a doctor Elvis saw by the testimony of him after the death date with DNA that defines Elvis it has been said. However, some people say that he does not come out to the public, because he would not be able to prove his identity properly, and be labeled as mentally ill. I feel that if alive, he wants a very quiet life with no media today, or yesterday and there would be legal complications too. Whether Elvis is alive or dead in the eyes of the beholder, I will not make a statement as to the whole truth about this. In this book, I am only telling of various incidents and statements about the possibility of him being alive, whether he is still alive at the age of being in his eighties now is a wonder. Many things point to the possibility of him being alive, even yet today. Someone who arrived at the scene from the call of his bad predicament of falling and possibly dead states that when he arrived at Graceland that Elvis looked very dark skinned, not like the Elvis he knew of. Elvis used many types of prescription drugs and was hooked on them, but is it possible for your skin to change that much from being a fair-skinned man. The idea of taking Elvis to a hospital to be revived that was not, the closest hospital does not add up, for what was that, about. Many people feel that he staged his death and this book will tell of a goodly number of events and accounts relevant to people in his life involved in the possible fake death. After reading this book and digesting the alleged facts, I collected over the years, the reader should be able to acknowledge a logical, intuitive, and educated conclusion, whether or not, Elvis, is physically dead or alive. I hope you enjoy reading this book most of all, for I tried hard to relay all that I know related to the possibility of him being alive along with cool stuff said about him. I feel that Elvis may be alive, but may not be completely well as of 2016, for with all of that hip movement over the years, he likely has hip problems being over eighty years old. I also heard that he had some kidney stone problems, and was counseled by a Kansas City doctor, due to no longer being Elvis, and was in seclusion for a long time. Everything that is said within this book that pertains to Elvis being alive today is from various things presented by various means in this book, so keep an open mind, and heart, but it is not necessarily the gospel truth, but is allegedly true by circumstances, or by those that knew him before, and mostly after his alleged death. I am not responsible as a person, or as an enterprise, regarding whether the statements are actually true or not. I have done the very best I can to present the words that seem to be factual pertaining to his life and the possibility of him being alive today. I cannot be responsible for Elvis' words or people that were in Elvis' life, for over time words become somewhat changed, but hopefully, the words are accurate, for most of the words should be. Here is a word from Albert Einstein: To dismiss something without an investigation of the proposed evidence is the height of ignorance. Truth may seem stranger than fiction. However, truth is simply the real deal in the beholder's eyes!
