Today, scientists cite language as the distinctively human feature. But what is language--a sign, a grunt? A sound with collective symbolic meaning? This remarkable book seeks to set the record straight with a critical refinement of the language theory, providing readers for the first time with a scientific explanation of how Eve came to speak at all. Illustrations.

Racing through life can be exhausting. There's nothing like wasted time and wasted life. Are we here to just eat, work, and sleep? Do you find yourself unable to think straight? Have you ever been clouded by evil thoughts? Do you have trouble getting past your past? Do you need help overcoming? Are your thoughts racing through your mind like a headline news report? Are you clueless as to how to stop the process? Time well spent with God is insurance for peace of mind, satisfaction, and happiness. As we navigate through this garden, we must have the proper information and weapons of spiritual warfare to equip ourselves with knowledge and understanding of the Word. In my life, as you will read parts of my testimony in this book, you'll begin to see the attacks, failures, defeats, and restoration I've had and still endure. Inside, you'll have simple chapter titles to sum up with a few words of attacks. The chapters will be easy to navigate points of origin, reasons of attacks, and spiritual solutions. The Attack on Eve was given to me on February 27, 2009. I was at my lowest and darkest chapter of my life. In December 2008, my son's heart stopped beating! We were faced with either a funeral or genetic testing to investigate why our baby did not survive. I had been taught either by family or pastors to hear from God and He will lead you. I was not prepared to audibly hear from Him! I was not even in prayer nor deep thought when He spoke to me. I was taking the laundry from the dryer and at the same time my family decided to come into the laundry room to see me. Somehow they were muted and God's voice was all I heard! He spoke clearly and calmly. He said, "Daughter, write a book and call it The Attack on Eve. I will give you eight chapters." I immediately put pen to paper and wrote the chapters down. He spoke and birthed a book into my life to bring answers and solutions to many who are struggling as I was. Truly amazing grace! I began my journey with, "Yes, Lord!" God may ask you, too. Will you hear His voice in the wilderness to point people to Him? It is He who will bring them out from the dry, dark desert of loss and loneliness. He is opening a gate with each chapter of wisdom and understanding. It's your choice to open the door of your eyes and heart to allow healing to abide. When you feel unable and faithless, He is able and faithful!

The ruler of darkness? the Tempter? the Great Red Dragon? Apollyon; the Destroyer? One being is revealed to have all these titles and more - names that reveal his horrific nature? All names given to Satan, your adversary who comes like a lion "seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8). Today, many question and even mock the very existence of Satan, as well as the reality of evil. Even in the Church, by and large, there are few biblical resources on the subject to counter the destructive claims raised in today's humanistic culture. In The Fall of Satan: Rebels in the Garden you will discover the answers to 35 captivating questions, such as: How could one created good become so absorbed by evil? Why would God, who is not evil, allow evil to continue to exist? Did sin begin with Adam or was its origin found in Satan? When did Satan rebel against God's authority? Where can the answers be found to such provocative, spiritual questions that have been asked so many times over? Carefully consider the biblical response, since it is the only completely reliable foundation for information about Satan. As our absolute authority, we must reject unqualified conclusions drawn from sources outside the Bible, such as the current ideas and traditions of the culture. No believer should be unaware of these sound answers found in the Bible.

From the author of the twenty-five-million-copy bestseller The Shack comes a captivating new novel destined to be one of the most talked-about books of the decade. Eve is a bold, unprecedented exploration of the Creation narrative, true to the original texts and centuries of scholarship—yet with breathtaking discoveries that challenge traditional beliefs about who we are and how we’re made. Eve opens a refreshing conversation about the equality of men and women within the context of our beginnings, helping us see each other as our Creator does—complete, unique, and not constrained by cultural rules or limitations. When a shipping container washes ashore on an island between our world and the next, John the Collector finds a young woman inside—broken, frozen, and barely alive. With the aid of Healers and Scholars, John oversees her recovery and soon discovers that her genetic code connects her to every known race. No one would guess what her survival will mean… No one but Eve, Mother of the Living, who calls her “daughter” and invites her to witness the truth about her own story—indeed, the truth about us all. As The Shack awakened readers to a personal, non-religious understanding of God, Eve will free us from faulty interpretations that have corrupted human relationships since the Garden of Eden. Thoroughly researched and exquisitely written, Eve is a masterpiece that will inspire readers for generations to come.
