It is divided into two phases. The first phase is aimed to provide a synthesis report on 'Financial and fiscal incentives for e-skills: State-of-play in Europe' focusing on ICT following an in-depth search for, and analysis of, existing incentives in the various European countries covered by the study. The second phase should carry out further analysis of the incentives which should culminate in the presentation of a report on 'Financial and fiscal incentives for e-skills: Best Practices and recommendations for Europe'.
