It may well be that other methods now in use are giving as good results. When such is the case no change should be made, due Care being taken to ascertain that results from other methods are all that they ought to be. It is claimed for these specifications, however, that if they are followed conscientiously by good binders they will produce books which will give the service required in public library work.
