For real decision-making problems, aggregating the attributes which have interactive or correlated characteristics by traditional aggregation operators is unsuitable. Thus, applying Choquet integral operator to approximate and simulate human subjective decision-making process, in which independence among the input arguments is not necessarily assumed, would be suitable. Moreover, using single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets (SVNULSs) can express the indeterminate, inconsistent, and incomplete information better than FSs and IFSs. In this paper, we studied the MAGDM problems with SVNULSs and proposed two single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Choquet integrate aggregation operators where the interactions phenomena among the attributes or the experts are considered. First, the definition, operational rules, and comparison method of single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic numbers (SVNULNs) are introduced briefly. Second, induced single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Choquet ordered averaging (I-SVNULCA) operator and induced single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Choquet geometric (I-SVNULCG) operator are presented. Moreover, a few of its properties are discussed. Further, the procedure and algorithm of MAGDM based on the above single-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Choquet integral operator are proposed. Finally, in the illustrative example, the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method would be demonstrated.

Linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNNs) include single-value neutrosophic numbers and linguistic variable numbers, which have been proposed by Fang and Ye. In this paper, we define the linguistic neutrosophic number Einstein sum, linguistic neutrosophic number Einstein product, and linguistic neutrosophic number Einstein exponentiation operations based on the Einstein operation. Then, we analyze some of the relationships between these operations. For LNN aggregation problems, we put forward two kinds of LNN aggregation operators, one is the LNN Einstein weighted average operator and the other is the LNN Einstein geometry (LNNEWG) operator. Then we present a method for solving decision-making problems based on LNNEWA and LNNEWG operators in the linguistic neutrosophic environment. Finally, we apply an example to verify the feasibility of these two methods.

The power average (PA) has the property that it can eliminate the influence of inconvenient data and the Muirhead mean (MM) operator takes the correlations among the input arguments, and the single valued neutrosophic (SVN) set is a better tool to deal with incomplete, inconsistent and indeterminate information than fuzzy set (FS) and intuitionistic FS (IFS). Thus the main goal of this article is to develop a few new operators for aggregating SVN information and apply them to multiple-attribute group decision making (MAGDM). To fully utilize the advantages ofMMoperator and PA operator, we develop the single-valued neutrosophic power MM (SVNPMM) operator, weighted single-valued neutrosophic power MM (WSVNPMM) operator, single-valued neutrosophic power dual MM (SVNPDMM) operator and weighted single-valued neutrosophic power dual MM (WSVNPDMM) operator, and discuss their essential properties, particular cases about the parameter vector. The obvious advantages of the proposed operators are that it can eliminate the influence of inconvenient data and can take the correlation among input data at the same time. Moreover, based on the developed aggregation operators, a novel technique to MAGDM problem is proposed. Lastly, a numerical example is provided to show the efficiency and realism of the proposed technique.
