In the book of Psalms 55:1-8, David cries out to the only one who could save him. How can they see God through a world that’s destined to keep them blinded to the truth? She uses poetry, quotes, and factual information to answer these questions and to shed light on the fact that adults must return to God in hopes of saving our children for a better today and tomorrow. Dr. Folks is the founder of Positive Youth Expressions, Inc. Educational Institute in the state of Maryland where she facilitates formal and informal educational programs for children, youth and families. She also co-pastors the Greater Church of the Risen Savior in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband Bishop Victor M. Folks. Dr. Folks conducts conferences, seminars and workshops on topics dealing with children, youth and families.
