We are delighted to deliver the Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Innovation in Education, Science and Culture (ICIESC). This conference was organized by Research and Community Service Centre of Universitas Negeri Medan (LPPM UNIMED) held virtually on 31 August 2021. By raise up the main theme of Leading Recovery: “The New Innovation in Education, Science and Culture After a Global Pandemic”, the 3rd ICIESC conference shows up several interested topics as a Science Education, Vocational Education, Social Science and Humanities, Management Innovation and Heritage Culture. Some of the topics been interested topic and important to be discussed. With the number participant is 180 participants, who came from Universitas Negeri Medan, Universitas Negeri Makasar, Widyagama University of Malang, Rizal Technological University, Philippine, Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University Rusia, Thu Dau Mot University Vietnam. ICIESC consists of 79 papers. The double blinds review process was employed by committee to evaluate all papers, whose members are highly qualified independent researchers in the ICIESC topic area. It has been our privilege to convene this conference. Our sincere thanks, to the conference organizing committee; to the Program Chairs for their wise advice and brilliant suggestion on organizing the technical program and to the Program Committee for their through and timely reviewing of the papers. Recognition should go to the Local Organizing Committee members who have all worked extremely hard for the details of important aspects of the conference programs and social activities. Finally, we hope that this proceedings can bring contribution and inspire you, and result in new knowledge, collaborations, and friendships. This is an open access book. Health is defined in the 1946 WHO Constitution As “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not just free from disease or weakness”. The opening further affirms “enjoying the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being regardless of race, religion, political beliefs, (or) economic or social conditions.” The implementation of handling this pandemic is based on various WHO protocols, regulations, and guidelines that apply globally. So that the cooperation of different countries in the world will later become an essential part of creating protection of health for all individuals in the world, the existence of these things will encourage the establishment of pandemic handling and control in various countries wherewith the experience and events of the pandemic in previous years. Will promote the implementation of optimization that is getting bigger, effective, efficient, and sustainable. Establishing international guidelines on the targets and stages of implementing pandemic handling and countermeasures will undoubtedly encourage the promotion of health architecture globally to promote acceleration. The International Conference on Fundamental Rights (I-COFFEES) is an international conference organized by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Lampung, to be an international scientific forum for researchers, academics, and practitioners. The first I-COFFEES were held in 2018 at the Novotel Hotel, Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. In 2019, the Second I-COFFEES were held on 5-6 August at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Lampung, Indonesia. “Fundamental Rights” has been chosen for the main theme of the Second I-COFFEES with a focus field on Law and Development, Women and Children, Ethnic and Religion, Law and Public Policy, Local Government, Business Law and Disruption, Pengayoman Law, Village Development and Communal Rights, and International and Human Rights. The conference was attended by national and international delegates from university academics, researchers, and practitioners. In total, there are 71 papers presented, with only 28 papers published.

It is the conjunction with the 3rd International Conference on Quran and Hadith Studies (ICONQUHAS2019). The event is jointly organized and hosted by Postgraduate School, Faculty of Theology (Ushuluddin) of Syarif Hidayattullah State Islamic University Jakarta, Paramadina University, and Islamic University of Jakarta. The conference papers from any kind of stakeholders and interdisciplinary studies related with Religion, and Social Related Studies.
