Saturday Night Sinner, Sunday Morning Believer. This was me y'all. I lived wild and free from Sunday afternoon through Saturday night, then suffered from the guilt of all the wrong I had done as I prepared myself for my act on Sunday morning. Oh, I didn't think it was an act. I would genuinely repent late Saturday night as I prepared for Sunday morning. This would be followed by feeling good about my repentance and putting on my holy mask that allowed me to look and act holy. Then, when it was time to be anything but holy, I would take off my mask. This was my life, and it was hard if not impossible to stop living this dual lifestyle. Like most believers that live this dual life, I really guarded the different masks of the Public believer because they were what others saw. Like you or someone you may know, it is the face we put on to show the world that we are born again, spirit filled Christians! With our mask on, we know all the right words to say, the right and holy facial expressions, we nod on cue, pray in the spirit, call heaven down and have everyone around us believing that we are just one step away from the pearly gates. The Private life of the believer, in contradiction, is where we struggle with the flesh nature. A place where we may or may not necessarily be trying to cover up sins, but may find it hard to overcome the flesh. This is our comfort zone where we can unmask our real faces because we are alone, or with people we choose to hang around. Does this sound like you? Are you tired of living this back and forth, in and out life? Are you ready to go all in for God? In this book you will read what I went through and how I finally broke free from Satan's trap. Get ready to discover how God can and will deliver you from being a Saturday Night Sinner, Sunday Morning Believer.

In this work the whole panorama of Bible Chronology has been subjected to close examination from the creation of Adam to the end of Acts. The aim has been to open up that system of dating which commends itself as most probably correct from the biblical perspective. Having done that he has looked for ways to harmonise the resultant scheme with the contradictory dates derived from the Assyrian Eponym Canon, and would like to think that he has succeeded in some measure in explaining how the discrepancies arose.

Are you searching for greater perspective? Have you felt discouraged or uninspired in a world of instability and uncertainty? Have you lost hope in the face of difficult circumstances? Or maybe you just want to read an exciting and unforgettable tale based on a true story that will transform and transport you?Whatever you're looking for, this is an adventure that will open your eyes, touch your heart, and deepen your beliefs. Take a journey with author, Shane Svorec, as she invites readers to see the world through the back seat of a VW bus. Across the country and through the years, colorful experiences make up her transient upbringing where her empathetic spirit and perpetual optimism become the foundation for a life of adaptability, greater understanding, and never-ending wonder. A story about a girl who refuses to be a victim of her past or a product of her circumstances, Shane searches for purpose even in pain with a determined, free spirit and shows others how to do the same. Creating a life out of overcoming the unthinkable, she dreams of a brighter future and envisions a world of possibilities as she stares out from the back seat of her family Volkswagen. The many "no-coincidence" connections she makes with others along the way, prove not only to be profound, but purposeful as well, while they unknowingly steer her onto the path she's meant to travel. These are the tales of the Broken Little Believer, the truth behind All the Pretty Painful Pieces, and the testimonies collected along the Path to Finding Purpose. Like going on a road trip with a good friend and a great playlist, this book weaves true stories into life lessons while entertaining and encouraging readers. In this book, readers will: *Discover how uncomfortable experiences can serve as opportunities for self-exploration and personal growth while creating a foundation for a healthy perspective and an attitude of gratitude. *Realize that to maintain hope, attract positivity, and fulfill one's purpose, it is necessary to implement pause, practice personal reflection, and routinely acknowledge the needs of our soul, while taking inventory of those who occupy our time and space. *Reveal a new (or greater) appreciation for their own journey as they recognize the value in painful lessons that serve to bring us closer to our purpose, and a life of peace and fulfillment. Beyond the journey, this book: *Features reasons to believe in the underdog while showcasing how false perceptions, widely held beliefs, and initial impressions are not only misleading but often wrong. *Provides a positive pathway to introduce, renew, and stretch that which we believe to be possible. *Creates a mindset of possibilities within readers as they learn to recognize blessings in disguise, further open their minds, deepen their understanding, and reach their potential in areas of their life where they've become stagnant, complacent, or resentful.

"A Discipleship Journey for New Believers" is a compilation of forty short subjects that every new believer in the Lord Jesus Christ should have some knowledge. The language is about a ninth grade level with some theological terms that need to be a part of ever Christian's vocabulary. These have been written after many years in the ministry and the discipling of many young believers in their newly‑found faith. This is not meant to be an exhaustive understanding of biblical doctrines, but a beginning of what hopefully will become a mature understanding of one' s faith as a Christian in the home, in the community and in the local church The three questions at the end of each subject, especially if worked through in a group of 3‑5 readers, will help everyone to understand the subjects more clearly. Some subjects will be skimmed the first time through and understood more clearly when read later. But some ‑ especially the first section will have bearing on one's faith immediately. Hopefully this may be a volume to be kept nearby for the first few months of faith and will have greater understanding and maturity the more times we read it as a believer.

Fans of the riveting mystery in Courtney Summers's Sadie and the themes of race and religion in Samira Ahmed's Internment will be captivated by this exploration of the intersection of Islamaphobia and white supremacy as an American Muslim teen is forced to confront hatred and hidden danger when she is framed for a terrorist act she did not commit. Salma Bakkioui has always loved living in her suburban cul-de-sac, with her best friend Mariam next door, and her boyfriend Amir nearby. Then things start to change. Friends start to distance themselves. Mariam's family moves when her father's patients no longer want a Muslim chiropractor. Even trusted teachers look the other way when hostile students threaten Salma at school. After a terrorist bombing nearby, Islamaphobia tightens its grip around Salma and her family. Shockingly, she and Amir find themselves with few allies as they come under suspicion for the bombing. As Salma starts to investigate who is framing them, she uncovers a deadly secret conspiracy with suspicious ties to her new neighbors--but no one believes her. Salma must use her coding talent, wits, and faith to expose the truth and protect the only home she's ever known--before it's too late.

For, “In just a little while, He who is coming will come and will not delay.” And, “But My righteous one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back.” (Hebrews 10:37–38, NIV) Every Believer’s Guide to the Supernatural, The Journey Continues, is a continuation of the first book published in 2007. After that powerful encounter with God, Shang continued to walk with God, hear His voice and learn His ways. This is the journey of how the Lord led her to the nations and displayed all His glory and splendor right before her eyes. In this journey, she shares her experiences of walking with God: •God speaks to the believer through signs, prophetic words, dreams and confirmations. The way God speaks in the Bible, is the same today. •The death of her father and the miracle of salvation. •Supernatural provision of finances. •Spiritual warfare and weapons to fight against the schemes of the enemy. •The times and seasons we are living in and the soon return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Time is running very short, for the day of His Coming is drawing near. We must obey Him and only do what He says. Let us prepare ourselves to be that spotless Bride, ready for His Coming.
