You are about to embark on a 16-step journey of you, whose conclusion will be to reach your realized-self and attain the inner peace to be found in that blessed state. This journey will require 16 well-rounded steps where you learn various truths about you, about the world around you, about partnerships, about parenting, and about facing, confronting, and overcoming the realities that strive to make you someone other than who you truly are. To grant this well-roundedness, each stage (there are 4 total) will be broken down into 4 parts, each of those parts lasting one week. In each stage, we start with you, the individual. Then for seven days, we focus on topics to help refine your understanding and awareness of you, but you as you are in that particular part of the four-stage path to inner peace. After focusing on the individual, the next part is to address the entirety of the world around you. A week will also be spent on addressing various topics regarding the world, but again, pertaining to the unique stage in which you are at the time. Each week will have a daily reading on the topic. In addition, there will be tasks and assignments to help you understand and internalize what is being presented. The program is designed to immerse you in the presented topic and to give you a deeply felt experience. More on this later. The third week of the stage will focus on the concept as it has to do with couples. Partnering with others is an essential part of the journey you have taken thus far in your life. Doing it differently, with revitalized understanding and awareness of yourself, will be an important part of your path to self-realization. Even if you are not in a relationship, this portion of the program will be important as it involves interaction with others as it regards you, the individual, and hence the focus of all things that is being done in the book. The fourth week will focus on parenting, but parenting as it has to do with the particular stage of the program. Given this, there will be four different times in the 16-step program, one time per month, that parenting will be addressed. Specific concepts will be introduced about parenting, including tasks and assignments to help address issues to help you, the individual, find your inner peace, but also the other members of the family that are part of your life.
