If, as a great authority has said, the neglected classics of our time are those of the Bible, it is thought that the devices of modern printing and illustration herein employed will reveal to readers everywhere beauties and treasures which heretofore they have not discovered in the Bible, and help to make it for them the Master Classic indeed.
