Time has passed since the old relationships and now defunct marriage. I have become educated a great deal since my experiences and still continue to learn as time marches on. I still do not have a child mainly because I have principles and will still exercise my rights to be selective. The women I wrote about continue their daily lives some remained in contact others maintain their silence. As I think back on the crap I went through and crap I may have put others through I have no regrets. Everyone needs relationships some good some bad we all have the capability to understand when something is not good for us because it hurts you not help you. It is because of the crap all of us are afforded the opportunity to create. The Moment I Should Have Bounced. Thank you all for reading and believing. It is Great to be in Love Never lose track of Reality Ray Brown Author

Written by a leading mental skills coach and contributing editor to Runner's World (US), this is a practical guide to building the psychological resilience that athletes need to recover from injury and rebound stronger. Injuries affect every athlete, from the elite Olympian to the weekend racer. In the moment, a traumatic crash, a torn muscle, or a stress fracture can feel like the most devastating event possible. While some athletes are destroyed by the experience, others emerge from their recovery better, stronger, and more confident than ever. The key to a swifter, stronger comeback is the use of mental skills: psychological tools that enable an athlete to take control of their recovery and ultimately use the experience to their advantage. Injury and other setbacks are inevitable – but with training, overcoming them skillfully and confidently is possible. This book will provide a clear, compelling explanation of psychological recovery from injury and a practical guide to building mental resilience. Weaving together personal narratives from star athletes, scientific research, and the specialized clinical expertise of mental skills coach Carrie Jackson Cheadle, it will contain more than 45 Mental Skills and Drills that athletes can use at every phase of their recovery process. These same strategies can help athletes who aren't currently injured reduce their vulnerability to injury, and enable any individual to reach new heights within their sport and beyond.

While resilience is innate in the brain, our capacity for it can be impaired by our conditioning. Unhelpful patterns of response are learned over time and can become fixed in our neural circuitry. What neuroscience now shows is that what previously seemed hardwired can be rewired.

Standoffish Aiden is content keeping people at a distance and ensuring his boundaries are impenetrable. There’s safety in not opening up, but there’s also a loneliness he doesn’t realise exists until he meets Riley, a new member of the LGBTQIA+ adventure group Outback Boys. Fascinated by the new guy, Aiden is quick to discover his flirtation skills are rusty and his sweet-talking is cringeworthy. But sweet and clumsy Riley doesn’t seem to mind so much. Even though Riley doesn’t quite know how to handle Aiden’s intensity, he’s willing to step out of his comfort zone and see how their tentative friendship unravels. Between a surf lesson that resembles a kangaroo on acid and paddle boarding that is trickier than walking a tightrope, Aiden and Riley discover love may be a possibility after all. Happiness relies on honesty and openness, though. And with both men holding on tightly to past struggles, their future together is at risk. Can the two Aussies bounce back and heal themselves and each other, or are some wounds too raw to recover from? Outback Boys is a sweet and sexy M/M romance series complete with bruised butts, rope burn, and overworked muscles… all in the pursuit of adventure, of course! Trigger Warning: Contains themes (discussions) of mental illness and suicide.

Having escaped both an Earth on the verge of global collapse and their squabbling parents in a "divorce" at Geosynchronous Station, a newly independent Charles "Chigger" Dingillian and his two brothers find themselves alone on the Moon with very few prospects. Worse, they are being hunted by ruthless interplanetary corporations who would stop at nothing to come in possession of a memory bar the boys smuggled on board. Totally unsure of who they can trust—if anyone—the three boys must find a way to make it on their own in unfamiliar territory. Only one thing is certain: The Moon is not a safe place to be.

I always knew my shoe obsession would be the death of me. But I never guessed that murder would be involved. My name is Raelynn Kitt. My friends call me Rae. My ex calls me Kitten, which is only one of the many reasons he’s my ex. But that’s not important. I have a confession to make. I’m Rae, and I’m a shoe-aholic. There are no church basement support groups for my addiction. No first-year chips to mark my progress in kicking the habit. Which wouldn’t matter anyway since I haven’t conquered it. Not even close. In fact, I blame my addiction for the recent chaotic turn of events in my life. Yeah, Karma is a jerk, and she just took a chunk out of my backside. All because I couldn’t walk past that cute little shoe store on the corner of Main and Fetter. That was where a woman popped out of nowhere and died at my feet. Where the last words out of her mouth were to call me a Traveler. Hm. Then there’s Justice. Not a legal concept, but a man who makes my heart stop for good and bad reasons. He thinks I’m a Traveler too. We’re not talking about the packing a suitcase to go to the beach type of traveling. Oh no. His kind of traveling involves monsters and visions. I don’t like his kind of traveling. But it’s starting to look like I don’t have a choice in the matter. Am I a Traveler? Dancing goddess in yoga pants, I hope not. Dang that cute little shoe store.

To avoid the gloomy prospect of spending Christmas break alone in New York, Coredale Saxon-White, against his better judgement, finds himself in Hawaii sharing an apartment with the strange and somewhat obnoxious Sol Epstein. While in Hawaii, Coredale receives a troubling phone call from his father that propels him to Saigon in a quest to look for his brother, missing in Vietnam since 1968. It is1975 and Saigon is about to fall, after which, his father fears, the son will be lost forever. Sol too is on a quest, though more as a reluctant and cynical mercenary. He has been enlisted by his fanatic grandmother in a search for Nazis hiding in Australia. Coredale and Sol connect again in Sydney, Coredale having been urgently shipped there from Saigon after being wounded in a helicopter accident. These two young very different men and the girl who comes to figure in Coredales life are lost, alien souls. Mistakenly they all become subject to the investigation of the US secret services, personified by a bible besotted, drunk, psychopath, who is licensed to kill. A ruthless fiend by the name of Jeb. Two of the three will die.
