The remainder Of the Report contains an anal sis Of these illegal marriages, the ranks Of life Of those who have most y contracted them, and the predisposing causes towards them, according to the Com missioner's views. Of the marriages thus ascertained to have been contracted, very few were between persons Of the poorer class.
