As you know, one of my responsibilities, Congressman Smith, in eludes the chairmanship of the National Information Infrastructure Task Force. AS a result of that work, we issued a couple of weeks ago a working document on intellectual property rights protection and the new way we need to look at it because of the revolution in technology that is taking place.
