The objectives were to evaluate current methods used to forecast rural passenger transportation demand and to develop improved methods. The materials presented in this Workbook describe the types of information required to develop estimates of passenger transportation demand and step-by-step instructions, with examples and computation forms, for developing the demand estimates.
